Last updated: June 2025

Using Pace

Pace is a workout tracking application. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Pace uses Google OAuth for authentication — we do not store your Google password.

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.

Your content

You own the workout data and content you create in Pace. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Public workout sharing (via share links) is opt-in. You control what you share.

Fitness disclaimer

Pace provides tools to structure and track your own workouts. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have any medical conditions or injuries.

You use Pace entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or health outcome arising from use of the app.

Availability

We aim to keep Pace available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pace and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
